Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Experience in analog and digital recording, mixing, mastering utilizing multiple microphones, multitrack audio mixing consoles, outboard effects, digital effects(plug-ins), composing, arranging, and performing original musical works, multi-instrumentalist/vocalist.

Digidesign/Avid Audio DIGI 002 digital audio console/fire wire interface, Pro Tools LE 7.4 digital audio recording suite with extensive suite of Avid Audio and third party plug-ins for equalization, dynamics, effects, and mastering, dynamic and condenser microphones, various outboard effects for vocals and instruments, M-Audio near-field audio powered speakers, Mac computers for studio and in-the-field recording, Reason, Izotope, Native Instruments, IK Multimedia, Audacity software and plug-in suites.

Additional Skills

Many years of experience coordinating and implementing audio and video equipment and personnel for corporate presentations and live events including product roll-outs & demonstrations, press conferences, concerts, keynote addresses, and training classes. Responsibilities have included project management, labor coordination, system setup, operation, and striking, as well as assisting in editing and rewriting presentation content and speaker scripts on the fly.
