Voice Description

My voice is considered warm and deep commented by fellow parishioners at the church I attend, when reading a passage from the bible or just speaking I receive many compliments regarding my voice quality.

I got interested in voice-over work because people commented that I have a radio type voice, I enjoyed watching cartoons on Saturday Mornings being a child of the 60's and could imitate cartoon characters such as: Atom Ant, Yogi Bear & Boo Boo, Dr. Benton Quest & Race Bannon from The Adventures of Jonny Quest pluse the "evil" villians featured on the show, I can do Gary Owens from his days on Laugh-In complete with hand cupped over the ear plus Space Ghost.

My Voice Experience

I have done voice work for a couple of business which folded so my spot(s) never saw the light of day, I also worked for Eldred Van & Storage in Terre Haute, IN. as a relocation consultant, when they decided to run radio spots, they asked if I would like to do the voice-over work.

My Training

I have no formal training, what I do is from watching and listening radio & TV. I have been involved in the Vermillion County Community Theatre in Clinton, IN. as an actor and have done speaking work in church activities such as readings and narrations.
