My Voice Experience

Since beginning my venture into voice-overs in 1994, I've had the pleasure of working on hundreds of projects. From radio/TV ads to interactive exhibits for museums across the U.S., each project has been an exhilarating experience. It fascinates me to see/hear the end result. I love seeing all of the creative minds coming together.

My radio/TV experience includes projects for national, regional and local clients like Iowa Lottery, Congoleum, Alcoa, and Quad City Times.

Narration and industrial video projects include clients like John Deere, Sears Manufacturing, Bandag, Kent Feeds, and Meridian Education Corporation.

And, I am the voice for interactive exhibits/games at John Deere Commons (Moline, IL), Gulf Coast Exploreum (Mobile, AL), Chicago Zoological Society (Brookfield, IL), and other venues and web sites.

My Training

The coursework I've completed for voice-over training includes several classes through Act One Studios in Chicago, IL. I've been trained by voice-over professionals Tom Ciappa and Cassy Harlo.

Relevant competencies I've acquired through the years are attributed to my work as a professional speaker, actor, improvisational comedian, stand-up comedian, copywriter and director.

Additional Skills

I have worked in the advertising world in many ways...creative concepts, copywriting, directing talent, on-camera work, and sales. All of these areas have given me a deep understanding of what truly makes a voice-over project successful.
