Voice Description

My voice is low bass. I t can be warm and deep, sexy and fun, smooth and professional, strong and authoritative or about anything you want. I do a variety of dialects. I do a very good "Minnesota" dialect as you might hear on Prairie Home Companion. I do a little German and Spanish dialect. but am not fluent in the languages. I mimic many well known voices. John Wayne, Arnold Schwarzenegger, W.C. Fields, Jimmy Durante Louis Armstrong, Jack Nicholson and many more.

I have been an auctioneer for over 21 years. This requires being able to talk really fast for a long period of time. It also requires a quick wit and strong communication skills. You can't imagine the times during an auction that the auctioneer needs to pick up on the traits of the buyers in the audience and capitalize on his communication skills. This also leads to many opportunities to announce all kinds of public events. Rodeo, Square dance, tractor pull. wedding reception, you name it.
