My Voice Experience
For 24 years I have worked with a professional Christian Theater Company called Covenant Players. In the late 90's until 2003 I did commercial work for a radio station in Ottawa, Canada called CHRI. I recorded everything from "standard" commercials to "what's happening around town" to inviting people to conferences. In the 24 years I have been performing I have done over 1,500 different roles ranging from children to westerns to space men to butlers from Germans to Brits to Swedes to all types of Americans.
My Training
I studied music and theatre at the University of Rhode Island from 1984-1987. I took voice lessons from Peggy Fraser from 1983-1987. In 1987 I started my career with Covenant Players theater company and have done over 1,500 roles since I started. I also sing with the North Kingstown Community Chorus and have since 2007.
My Studio Equipment
I have my own computer and editing software. I use both audacity and Wave Pad.
Additional Skills
I have been told that I have a "flexible and adaptable" voice. My range is good. I also have been the MC for the North Kingstown Community Chorus since 2008.
