My Voice Experience

I started as a DJ while in High School in 1957. I got out of radio in 1972 and started my own advertising agency and production company, Dick Fain Productions which i still have. I have done local, regional and national work both on camera and VO. Some of the companies include Coca-Cola, Arby's, Lincoln/Mercury, AT&T and more. I am also a producer/director and spent 8 years in LA.

My Training

*Majored in music at Tulsa Junior College, Tulsa, OK, 1976 to 1977.

*Majored in Radio and Television Writing/Producing, IndianaState Teacher's College, Terre Haute, IN,
1960 to 1961.

*Graduate of Buchtel High School, Akron, OH, 1957.

My Studio Equipment

I use Adobe Audition 1.5 for audio and Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 for video editing and sweetening. I use RE20 mic's, Yamaha mixer and have a two music libraries and Network Music and TM along with a good SFX library.

Additional Skills

1993 to 2000 Moved to Los Angeles, California to further production expertise. While in L. A. was associate producer, directed editing and was voice talent for children's video, directed video cooking show, produced numerous network radio sporting events and sports radio shows. Mixed and edited children's CD and was an extra for numerous movies and TV shows.

2000 to Present: Returned to Denver, Colorado where I produced a weekly health show and continuing as a free lance producer/director, editor, voice over and actor.
