WHILE SUPERVISOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPEMENT FOR A LARGE WOMEN'S SHOE MANUFACTORING COMPANY, GAVE MANY SEMINARS FOR OUR STAFF DISCUSSING OUR PROBLEMS AND OUR PLANS IN THE FUTURE. WHILE IN ARMY RESERVES GAVE CLASSES ON TRAINING AND ETC.
