Voice Description

A sensual yet sensible voice.

I am 60 years old but my voice comes across as more middle-aged lower register, mellifluous - a good voice for giving out information; however, because my background is in theater and films I am also able to register more dynamically, as directed.

Obviously narration for documentaries is a good direction, as would be a commercial where your client wants a confident reassuring quality to the sales pitch.

I have done art reviews for CBC radio in both Montreal and Vancouver. I have worked in studios as a professional musician (harmonicist). As a result I take direction well and can synchronize efficiently in response to what is on the screen. Morover, I have a visual arts background.
