Some people say I have an accent that is similar to that of people from the east coast. I believe that I have a very unique accent due to the fact that I grew up in a Canadian city that was heavily influenced by the US and have travelled considerably throughout the US. I tend to pick up the accents from areas I visit and can mimic almost any North American dialect.

I am currently creating the narration for tours of Muskoka Ontario. The people who have participated in the tours were the one's who encouraged me to do something with my voice as they found it to be quite pleasing. While I am educated in other areas, I have no formal training in voice work. I just know that my voice is distict, unique and pleasing and I am techno-friendly so doing my own recording and editing is not itimidating. Currently using Roxio Media Creator 10 (but am open to exploring other software). I have a professional microphone and live in a rural area that is free from much external noise.
