Voice Description

My voice is very versatile, but my normal speaking tone has been described as "CBC Quality" by superiors in the past. I have been told that I possess a clear, pleasant tone and enunciation, not high-pitched or squeaky or nasal unless I'm playing a character that requires that sort of adjustment. I also have a fun cartoon-child voice that gets a lot of laughs.

The very first time I played Rock Band I sang Tom Sawyer by Rush and scored 100%. It was one of my proudest moments. :-)

My Voice Experience

When I was a child I sang competitively, winning many local music festival scholarships. I also sang in choirs. My voice lessons as well as piano and guitar lessons have helped me to identify pitch and tone well.
I have conducted many interviews for a local cable station, including one with Dr Henry Morgantaler.
I also perform customer service via telephone for a large local utility company, which is a very political job, often requiring a soothing tone.
