Voice Description

My very first voiceover job was a set of promos for NBC. They needed a voice that could smoothly switch tone and mood from one to the next like when announcing a comedy show followed by an action thriller, etc. I have a head voice range of four octaves comfortably going from James Earl Jones or James Earl Jones to Casey Kasim and even higher. I can go from very dry to colorfully dramatic and everything in between. My voice is crisp, distinct and articulateI am first an actor with a giant with an extensive background in doing radio air personality work and news.

My Voice Experience

At present, I am the primary English-speaking voice for Strix TV (originator of Survivor and many other reality shows) and Bringiton Television. I have done commercials, documentaries and corporate videos. In addition, I have been a regular on-air personality at four radio stations: WVOX (New Rochelle, NY), WAFR (Durham, NC), KUNV (Las Vegas, NV) and WVSP (Warrenton, NC).

My Training

I hold a BA in history from North Carolina Central University and have taken graduate courses at The New School for Social Research in New York City.

I was among the top 10 high school speakers in the US in national public speaking competition.

My Studio Equipment

Recordings would be at A-Stream Studios in Stockholm.

Additional Skills

I am an actor and singer. I have done many film and stage roles which most certainly gives one the edge in voiceover endeavors. I am highly educated with a massive vocabulary. I have written many journalistic pieces as well.
