I can do an awesome Minnesotan accent, a terrific French and Italian accent. I can pull off a competent Spanish, Russian and certain Southern(American) accents. I can do certain British(think Elizabeth Hurley).

My Voice Experience

I have had the good fortune to do a wide variety of work over the years. I have lots of experience doing commercial work- both TV and Radio. "Narration" (what we used to call "Industrial") including technical medical narration has been a big slice of work for me as well. I have experience reading audio books (short stories) and much experience doing children's books. I have done telephone messaging and mechanized prompting. And I have some experience doing animation. You can hear demos on this site that illustrate my work experience.

My Training

I have a B.A. Theatre Arts from Augsburg College.
My first gig was the summer after college, I was cast in the Minnesota Shakespeare Company's A Midsummer Night's Dream. That same summer I landed my first VO gig as well. It was an industrial for 3M.
After spending a few years establishing myself, I have been a working actress here in Minneapolis(on camera and off)for more than 15 years.
