I have been working for a local radio station since May of 2006 and have voiced and produced many a spot. I currently work for Delmarva Broadcasting Company in as a copywriter and voice talent, I also do a decent amount of production, as well as Public Affairs Director. Before working in radio, I was an actor and my degree is in Acting/Directing from DeSales University. I've been acting since I was 9 years old.
I have a BA from DeSales University in Acting/Directing. I received recognition from the school for the highest GPA within my major, and graduated Cum Laude. I performed in many shows while at DeSales including Hello, Dolly! (ensemble), West Side Story (Shark Girl, u/s Anybodys), Cabaret (ensemble), Crazy For You (Susie), The Philadelphia Story (Dinah Lord), and 'World Goes Round (featured soloist). I have also played Dorothy Gale in The Wizard of Oz and the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
I have been writing and voicing copy for Delmarva Broadcasting Company since 2006 in a wide range of spots from local car companies, colleges, spas, etc. I have played both characters and narrators in spots.
For education, I have taken a training of the speaking voice class with Patrick Mulcahy, Artistic Director of the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. I have taken acting classes with Patrick Mulcahy, Anne Lewis, and Steven Dennis. I have also taken an Acting for the Camera class with Anne Lewis.
I am knowledgable in iMediaTouch Production, MAC ProTools, CoolEdit Pro, and Adobe Audition. I have multi-track capabilities, as well as access to SFX and a MX library.
I can provide both raw audio and fully mixed and edited work.
