I am the man on the left in my profile photo -- blessed with a deep voice despite having a small framed disability, I've often garnered attention for my powerful voice; I am literally told once a week by complete strangers that I should work as a voice-over artist or radio broadcaster.
To this end, I've worked with a handful of small, local projects, including performing the narration on fellow students' audio assignments and recently completed the dialogue for a supporting role in a friend's cartoon. Our project was nominated and screened for awards at the LA Comedy Shorts festival. A short demo of that work can be found on this page, and the full episode is here: I play the first character you see, Magoogan the wizard, after the opening credits.
I currently attend the University of California, Davis as a political science student. I have not had any prior formal voice instruction.
I am recording with a professional-grade condenser microphone in my home studio. All sound mixing and editing is performed with the Audacity program.
