I have experience narrating in the documentary style, performing spoken word to accompany musical stage production, voice acting scripted dialog, and song performance in the tenor range. As a recording engineer since 1998, I can provide consistent reads from initial script to pickups with weeks between.

My Studio Equipment
My own studio, Cross-eyed Studio, is conveniently located in a two re-engineered rooms in my home in a quiet, outlying neighborhood south of Raleigh, NC. I own and utilize a number of large diaphragm condenser mics, including the AKG C414 and C2000, as well as a whole pile of small diaphragm condensers, dynamic mics, and even a UHF wireless lav. My preamp is the super-clean two channel tube pre, the ART MPA Gold. I use the Tascam DM-24 automated console, the MOTU 2408 mkii I/O, Sony Vegas and Acid production software (along with some trade-secret plugins!), and the Mackie Universal Control Pro interface. I monitor through the Behringer Truth B2031's and use 19" and 32" LCD screens. I can output into virtually any industry-standard format, and I lease my own web/ftp space for easy file transfer to always facilitate a smooth project.
