In addition to being able to provide a warm, engaging, intelligent professional voice, I have a witty side to me as well, intended to engage whatever audience I am addressing. I have discovered that this witty side is an extremely important adaptive life skill as well; as a mother, I have discovered that if I can get my children to actually listen to me without rolling their eyes, then that's a real accomplishment as far as I'm concerned--especially when you're dealing with teenagers! Whether I am addressing a live audience or speaking from behind the mic, my personal goal is to always strive to engage my audience.
I am a proud wife, mother, professional educator, and learning & motivation specialist whose primary goal is not only to teach, but to reach, and engage the listener, whether the listener is young or old...I am committed to bringing the best quality to any work I do--so consequently, as much as I am the educator, I also continue to be the perpetual student who will always strive to learn and grow, so that I can be the best that I can be--and in that way, make my work more accessible in order to reach, engage, and, hopefully, improve the lives of others...
