My Voice Experience

Most recently three-week engagement to produce a training tape for Emerson (Rosemount Engineering, Minneapolis, Minnesota) for transportation / shipping department new employee training. Included detail work on international acronyms for government specifications and internal control documentation. Used in connection with Power Point and video presentation for online computer training of new personnel.

Can do straight voice over using prewritten / approved copy or assist in copy development. Thirty-six years as business analyst and business valuation expert with strong, diverse business background to assist corporate in-house projects.

Extensive training in improv (Dudley Riggs, Minneapolis, Minnesota) and voice over (Larry Russo, Minneapolis, Minnesota).

Have performed magic, mentalism, ventriloquism for more than 50 years as avocation. Previous full time newspaper reporter for daily (Mankato, Minnesota Free Press) and monthly newsletter for valuation (Business Valuation Notes) for the Minnesota Business Valuation Group, LLC (of which I am president.)

My Studio Equipment

Son Joesph Schostag trained with Sound Audio Engineering Institute in Amersterdam, Holland. Colleague Larry Russo has in-house studio and long-term friend Dale Menten has professional studio. I rely on their direction and hold out no special skills.

I am most comfortable talking to business-type audience, and have long-time experience presenting to such audiences. I do professional mentalism (mindreading, etc.) for entertainment in venues from 50 to 500, such as community organizations, conventions, meetings for corporations.
