Voice Description

I've always been told I have "nice voice". The tone in my voice varies, depending on the project at hand. For on hold messages, IVR's, etc, the voice is calming and smooth. For commercials, presentations, web sites and documentaries, it is somewhat more professional, with some "authority" to it. Video games, adult content and trailers have a sexy and fun sound.

My Voice Experience

As of yet, any voice over work I've done has been on a "volunteer" basis. I've done numerous radio tags for a local radio station, where a friend of mine is the GM, anything from "Your listening to Lacy Neff on Q102"...to something as simple as a one word statement. While working for a psychiatrist, I was the voice on the answering service. "You have reached Greene County Memorial Hospital Partial Hospitalization and Senior Education Unit. If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911 immediatley. For hours, press 1, scheduling press 2...ect" Other than that, I've not completed any projects for compensation, but am looking forward to making your project sound the best I can!

My Training

I completed four years of voice lessons under Mrs. Mona English, where I learned the importance of innunciation in recording as well as control of the diaphram and proper breathing skills.
