My Voice Experience
I grew up with lessons in ellocution and attained diplomas.
I took part in Festivals and Eisteddfods for Speech and Drama.
In my early twenties I formed an Amateur Drama Group which I was involved with for 18 years.
Since that time I have spent considerable time in New Zealand where I became the secretary for DownStage Theatre. While in the country I did several TV ads. Also before returning I completed a Radio Presentation Course.
Now I work for Sunshine Radio, and Angel Radio presenting 50s and 60s music programmes.
My Training
I have had a college education, my main influence has been music drama and medicine.
Most of my voice over work has been involved in Radio.
My Studio Equipment
I have set up a small studio at home with sony mini disc deck amp and sound lab micro mixer.
I record, edit and create a WAV MP3 or CDs on my computer.
I have access to Radio studios if needed, where I work, but find my equipment at home works well.
Additional Skills
I am well travelled, but not in the USA unfortunately.
Relate to most people, always find something to learn from them.
I enjoy writing poetry, or scripts sometimes.
I have worked as a podiatrist, and owned a Health Food Shop.
