Voice Description
I can alter my voice to fit the situation of the recording or the mood. Generally, I sound very upbeat but also very serious andenergetic as well. I've done local video project as an announcer on many projects. Most of the voices I used for the videos had a comedic edge to them being either exaggeratedly deep or very odd and grainy.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can do primarily a villainous tone, a powerful voice that announces a characters presence, an aggressive tone but with a good heart, an outlandish movie announcer parody and a calm and collected young man. As for ethnic accents, I can really only do British, American, Indian (convenience store night clerk stereotype), and Australian. I can't do any strange American dialects such as a New Jersey or Italian accent.
My Voice Experience
I have acted in many stage plays. For three (3) of them, I was acting for an organization known [formerly] as The Young Actors Guild. For the others, they were local projects that were put on film and required all actors to provide voice over if the audio in the scene turned out bad due to the lack of a boom mic while filming.
The 3 plays I did for the YAG are: "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" (For 2 years) in which I played as Ralph Herdman, (the leader of a trouble making group of kids) the first year and as Father the next year. the other play I acted in was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Grandpa Joe, who goes to the factory with Charlie.
The other plays I was in as part of local projects are: "The 1940's Radio Hour" which is a Play with Music by Walton Jones. I played as Pops Bailey, a bitter but wizened old man that was the doorkeeper of the radio station. Next is "Fools" which is a light-hearted romantic comedy by Neil Simon, set in the small fictional village of Kulyenchikov during the late 1800s. In this play, I was the part of Count Gregor who was the villain of the story. Then there is "A Midsummer Nights Dream" by William Shakespeare. I was Bottom the Weaver in that production, who is a man that thinks he's a big star but he has a good heart and is also well-known for getting his head transformed into that of a donkey by the elusive fairy, Puck.
My Training
I attended a summer acting class before the first year of my semesters in the Speech and Drama class. I've taught parts of the class and demonstrated for them these past 3 years and will be doing so again this summer.
