My Voice Experience

I actually have been using my voice over skills for the past 7 years. My past includes doing tele-marketing from 1998-2000. I was a supervisor who did training classes where I taught people how to speak to customers on the phone through using different techniques to get people excited about the products we were selling and talking customers through credit card activations. From 2000- present I have been doing help desk/customer service work in a variety of ways. I've instructed different groups of people from cable television users to cashiers to sales reps and they all respond to different inflections on tone and personality. I've also done voice mail recordings, phone greetings, and blocker messages reporting system outages frequently.
