Preston Upshaw

North American GAD, True Southern (born and raised in Atlanta, GA)

I have trained extensively with Nancy Wolfson of Braintracks Audio for the last year and a half during which time we produced a demo and also generated auditions from my home studio. I currently train with Nancy Wolfson of www.braintracksaudio.com. During my extensive training with Nancy, I feel I have developed a stength in having a good grasp of what is needed stylewise in most situations. I was a communications major at Georgia Southern University, the curriculum included Journalism, Public Speaking, Broadcasting and Dialect courses. I was also a member of Toastmasters International during 2009. I have my own home studio in which I use a Blue "Baby Bottle" Microphone and a Mac running Audacity. My studio has been given a thorough once over by George Whittam of ElDorado Recording Services and has received his seal of approval. The studio enables a quality sound and most importantly quick turnaround. After running my own business in the loan industry for the past 4 years I understand the importance of deadlines and what it means be a professional as part of a team in the achievement of a common goal. I welcome the opportunity to respond quickly and acurately to direction in order to create the perfect spot.
