I'm an eccentric, warm, fun loving Brit which I think comes out in my voice. Public school ironed out any regional accent I might've had but I still have a soft northern lilt that comes out sometimes. I have a warm, personal style for narration. I'm quite a good comic actress. I have a cool, calmness to my voice for adverts, corporate messages and shop announcments. I am flexible and can do all sorts of different voices and styles, regional british accents and american. I would love to voice a cartoon!

My Voice Experience

I went to drama school and did alot of radio and voice over training. I just love creating a story, painting a picture of a character, just with my voice. We did a radio drama for class and I was cast as a huge, impressive, middle aged jamaican woman! The rest of the school didn't recognise that it was me. They thought a real Jamaican woman must've been hired to play the part! But no it was little, British me!

My Training

I graduated from Drama Studio, London in 2000. I also have a degree in Theatre & performace studies from Warwick University. I spent alot of time in the recording room at Drama Studio working on class projects and rehearsing for a competition run by the BBC.
