Recording my voice has been a part of my life for 28 years. I have enjoyed a successful career in radio, where recording and touching people with your voice happens every day. This led me to many live stage performances along with an incredible variety of emceeing opportunities. It's fun to say that I have used my voice and creativity to emcee everything from a first class fundraising banquet, to a county fair demolition derby! And I can't forget about my kids. I would use my voice to entertain them in many ways, such as creative stories and characters. These live experiences have helped me expand the range of recorded voice work as well.
I have a degree in broadcasting from Northland Technical College that dates back to 1980. Since then it's been hundreds and hundreds of hours of on the job training in my broadcast career, plus the dozens and dozens of live theater and emceeing opportunities.
My microphones are Sennheiser MD421's
I use Adobe Audition 1.5 digital editing software.
My wife and I have enjoyed raising 5 children. I have been active in my community, such as school board, and currently serve on the city council. I even ran for state representative a few years back. I am skilled at interviewing people, as I've done it hundreds of times on the radio.
