My Voice Experience

My voice experience is largely non-professional, but I have an ear for quality and a good work ethic when it comes to creating.

I got started recording promotional tracks for the local PBS station.

I have produced dialogue tracks for videographies and documentary-type features, as well as composed and recorded music tracks behind them.

My Training

My voiceover work is largely self-taught.

I have a good grasp on audio recording (as well as composition and music production) from experience in home-studio music production.

My Studio Equipment

My current setup includes: (hardware) a Dell Inspiron laptop, ART tube preamp and Lambda preamp/interface (USB interface, up to 24bit-96khz), AKG and Shure microphones. (software) Sonar Producer 7, Reason 4.0, including effects/post-production plugins and VSTs.

Additional Skills

I have a very good command of language, strong vocabulary with good copywriting and editing skills. I am a multi-instrumental musician (guitar, bass, mandolin, some piano), and can compose and produce music tracks as well as do post-recording editing/effects/mixing/production work.
