My Voice Experience

I was performing Dracula in Ohio and part of the deal was to tape show promos for WNXT, the X 99.3. I went to the station, recorded the promos, and that night couldn't stop thinking about how fantastic the whole experience was. That was when I said, this is what I want to do. It didn't hurt when people came up and said, 'You're the guy on the radio!"

I started training with the great Chuck McKibbon. He cemented my talent and love of the biz into place. And to this day I get if front of the mic and say to myself, this is fantastic.

My Studio Equipment

I record into an AKG Perception 200 which is inserted through a Berhinger Pro-XL compressor and Ultraflex-Pro sound enhancer, although these processors can be easily bypassed to meet your needs. The signal is then put right into Logic Express 8, my standard DAW and can be further mastered or left clean. VO files can be sent mp3, m4a, aac or aiff (fully uncompressed). Files can also be converted to wav if necessary.
