Voice Description

My voice is gentle and calm. It is ideally suited to young children's stories, 'agony aunt' responses, narratives and persuasive selling. I can add modest character effects but I am not an impersonator.

I have small studio facilities in-house and can modify the voice pattern to simulate robotic, large hall, electronic and similar effects. Over-dubbing and mixing are also supported. Where appropriate, I can also adjust running times to exactly match a specified time-frame.

My Voice Experience

In the past I have been the voiceover talent for various companies for their telephone 'front-end' but none of these recordings now survive for demo. Other commitments have prevented me from performing but I am now in a position to resume. My narratives have accompanied Power-point presentations and demonstrations.

I am to be the voiceover for 'Bonobo website' which is a new IPTV channel.

My Training

My experience as a trained speaker stems from the many years I have practiced as a registered psychotherapist & counsellor and the telephone counselling I provide where appropriate.

I have a Masters degree in psychotherapy and am a qualified teacher and lecturer.

Additional Skills

I am a semi-retired consultant electronics engineer and have first-class technical skills and knowledge. I have excellent language competency and can assist with producing copy as well as delivering it.
