Voice Description

I've voiced characters ranging from teens to seniors, neutral North American dialect, along with English, Jamaican, Austrailian and German accents. New York and various Southern/Western dialects also a specialty.

Straight reads a specialty too, either announcer or "real person' styles.

Have also performed several animated characters....always fun to try a new one on for size.

I voice industrial narrations on a regular basis for companies like Symantec, Mozy, NuSkin. I was the voice for the trainng video when 3Com launched Bluetooth.

I also perform v/o for books on tape narration,most recently "Acres of Diamonds," an adaptation for NY Times best-selling author Richard Paul Evans.

Finally, I've voiced and produced promos for several tv stations, along with the Utah Jazz NBA franchise.

Lots of characters over the years, including presidents(Reagan, Bush, Clinton), musicians and actors, (Nicholson, Schwarzenegger, Dylan)... many others, even sex-therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer).

From average Joe on the Street, to Gen X with attitude, to monster-truck over-the-top power announcer....I can handle it.

Need a New York cabbie? Consider it done. Snowboarder Dude? Ditto. Southern politician? Not a problem. Nerdy computer geek? Of course. Maybe just a seen-it-all, gruff western cowboy? He's in there, too.

My Studio Equipment

My studio contains am Audioarts multi-track console, two symetrix 528e voice processors, AKG and Audio Technica microphones, running though a cutom built PC featuring an Intel Duo Core processor and an ASI sound card.

Recording software includes Sony Soundforge, Vegas, Acid, and Adobe Audition.

Several music libraries and sound efx collections as well.
