Previously I have trained as a Registered General Nurse and have a Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing with NEBOSH qualifications in Health and Safety. Throughout these studies I have been trained in communication: councelling; telephone; training and public speaking skills.

Additional Skills

I have 20 years experience as an NHS Nurse and an Occupational Health Adviser. I have worked in an nurse advisory role for the NHS, Fire Service, British Sugar and many other companies. My role included public speaking and training large groups of employees. I am used to working in high stress situations and remaining professional at all times.

I have also volunteered for several Charities over the years, including the St John Ambulance, Pre School education and the Girls Day School Trust. I have been involved with training, public speaking and leading fundraising and charitable events.
