Voice Description

Paul is a character & DIALECT specialist that almost is too incredible to believe, often being hired to do as many a 4 or more voices in a single spot with no one being the wiser. In one campaign for Bruegger's Bagels for radio played on the entire east coast, Paul played every character in the spots based on a shady main character who auditioned different kinds of sandwiches, both horrible and fantastic.
His dialects are spot-on as well and he does over 100 impersonations of the famous and not so famous that made him a popular morning drive radio personality in a major market for more than 12 years. So good are his impersonations, that on number of occasions, Paul was hired to actually do regular radio spots as Mike Hargrove, the manager of the Cleveland Indians, Joe Tait, the voice of the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Cavs spots he would normally do and the same was true of singer Michael Bolton for Kay Jewelers, all produced by major agencies and the public never knew the difference!!!

My Voice Experience

Paul is an emmy, clio, addy and award winning voice over talent who when is actually one of the few voice over talents who when in a certain city is asked to audition daily at ICM voice over in LA and Linda Jack Talent, in Chicago. Based in Cleveland, Paul is partners in a studio that has ISDN capabilities and as a writer-producer, has hired and directed the likes of voice over legends Don LaFontaine, Hal Douglas, Steve Mackall and Andy Geller.
Paul can perform over 30 different dialects, including regional dialects. He is a specialist and when you listen to his voice demo, you will hear him perform as many as 5 accents in one Bruegger's Bagel Bakery Campaign. Paul's demo reel won a Silver Microphone Award for the best national demo reel. Please listen and be amazed.

My Training

I attended Ohio University's prestigious school of Radio Television as part of the college of communications where I received by BSC. (cum laude). At the same time I was a stand-up comic who at a young age was headlining at major comedy clubs and opening for acts like the Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, Juice Newton, Laura Branigan, Asia and more through Belkin Productions. Upon graduating I began doing voice over right away in the Cleveland market and was one of the top three producing talents for years with David and Lee in Cleveland and Chicago and later Ford Models.

My Studio Equipment

I audition using a Mac PowerBook G4 and a Blue Snowball USB microphone. I am partnered with a professional recording studio, which is where I would record your project. We can record using skype, phone patch or ISDN. We can add music, effects whatever you like and give you a quote that is reasonable. We work with the likes of CBS, NBC, FOX and more.
