Voice Description
My soft and gentle voice tone is versatile enough to be perfect for just about any type of voice over recording. My voice is warm and deep for narrations or movie and game trailers; smooth and professional for presentations, trainings, being a spokes person, documentaries and audio books; upbeat, charming and fun for commercials and promos; and dynamic and authoritative for on camera commercials or off camera announcing. I can fluctuate my voice range from high pitch to low and deep, from harsh to soft, which is ideal for cartoons, videogames, and dubbings, or jingles and songs.
I have been told by many that I have the perfect radio voice, that I sound like the typical voice one hears on voice mail and other types of greetings, on hold messages, and phone systems. and on TV talk and game shows.
My voice has been described as gentle, deep, compassionate, wise, authoritative, pleasant, hip, cool, educational, thoughtful, gentle, charming, and flexible.

My Voice Experience
All my life I've been a communicator, from my youth when I broadcast imaginary sports games in my backyard, and spent hours on my Citizens Band radio, through over 20 years working as a leader in The Unification Church, and beyond to the present. During those church years, I did PR work and was a spokesman for the organization to the media and government, and gave countless lectures and presentations at high schools and colleges, and other clubs and organizations, and to a variety of audiences in several countries. I also participated in countless fundraising drives.
I've worked as a communicator in sales for several years and helped gather signatures for Florida Constitutional Amendments during the 2002 election year.
In 2003 I gave talks on self-help topics in four cities in Arizona and have since then spoken at churches and other organizations. I currently have my own weekly one-hour "Just Be Who You Are" radio show on WTAN/WZHR in Clearwater, Florida, and have audio cds on various self-help related topics available on my web site.
My Training
While in high school (1971) I participated in a broadcast training program for youth at KFOR Radio in Lincoln, NE, where I learned how to run the board, make commercials and present the newscast. Later, while working on a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Nebraska (1994-96), I worked as a dj on the campus station and presented the news, did a 13-week specialty show on the Beatles, and gained experience as on-camera talent doing the evening news for a semester on public access. I earned First Place in a Regional Student Competition for a Radio Series from the Northwest Broadcast News Organization.
While attending Graduate school, where I earned an MRE degree at the Unification Theological Seminary (1993), I hosted "Coffee House Talks" for three semesters, where I interviewed church leaders on camera with a live studio audience. I also won a lecture contest and placed second in an oratory contest, and participated in student government as the Junior Class President and Vice President of the Student Body. Both positions required lots of speaking as an MC, fundraiser, organizer, and class representative.
I've taken public speaking classes, participated in Toastmasters, worked as a dispatcher for a security firm at the Phoenix Civic Plaza for 3 years, and have even taught martial arts as a Second degree black belt for Tongil Moo Do.
