Voice Description

Naturally, my voice is mid-low tone, and softer. However, I do adjust it to suit the project. Energetic and assertive for fast-paced commercial, more laid back for lounge-style. Soft and low for "late night" music host. Friendly for instructional and presentations. Deep and warm for narration, but can also suit the mood (sad, happy, depressed, anxious, etc). That is just my regular voice. This all changes when I do accents and genre-specific voices.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Accents: Several types of British, East Indian, American, some Italian, French, German, Chinese, and many others, and very well in a comedic role.

Impersonations: Various ones loosely based around William Shatner, Clint Eastwood, Jack Nicholson, Monthy Python actors, Patrick Stewart, and many others. I can listen to them and usually come very close.

Characterizations: Old man, wise guy, hippy, angry guy, mad Chinese Chef, Inspector Clouseau, suave spy, authoritative Captain

In all of my voice over work, I have also been the writer and/or producer. I have been responsible for assembling all of the elements including, script writing, music, sounds, video and graphics.

As a podcaster, I was responsible for the entire production, including the proper tagging and publishing of the MP3 files.

I am a musician, as well, with many many instruments in my studio, including a large array of synthesizers, one of which I can speak into. I have had extensive experience producing my own music.
