I've been working in radio since 2003, professionally since 2007 and have voiced many commercials in that time.
I've worked with a variety of producers, all of whom have had different standards and expectations.
Primarily, I've been working as an on-air personality, currently working for 2 different formats - a rock station and a pop station - both owned by the same company. I also do live events, MCing everything from concerts to sporting events.
2 year Radio Broadcast Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
2 years into a degree in Media Studies.

And a quiet space to work in!
I'm very knowledgeable in a few different areas.
I've worked with music for over a decade and know more about it than many people. I don't limit myself to just one genre, but try to explore as many as possible. My favourite part about working in radio is getting exposed to lots of new music all the time. Can't get enough!
I know a lot about video games, beyond just which titles are selling well. I'm familiar with how voice talent in video games works and would sound knowledgeable when discussing it.
I'm big into hockey, and am also really into Flat Track Roller Derby. It's a bit of an up and coming sport still, but with new teams popping up all the time, it's been a great place for me to work as an arena announcer.
I have a large vocabulary. I pick up things quickly. And have no difficulty meeting deadlines.
