Voice Description

I have a clear young voice which can be used for fun recordings, or lower and more mature for narration, training material, phone auto answer systems etc.

I am able to read clearly, and have been told that I am ideally suited for public reading as I can read slowly whilst still putting expression into whatever I read.

I have many years experience of Hospital Radio, and again can be frivolous of more serious,, particularly if doing requests, depending on the message that I get and the type of music that has been requested.

My Voice Experience

If you need someone to read the punctuation in any given text, then I am that person. I have many years experience in Local Hospital Radio and also public speaking, most of which comes from recommendation. I was also actively involved in amateur dramatics for many years, often taking character roles, especially those with accents - I have been an English speaking French woman, as well as an Irish mouse.

I always record my Hospital Radio programmes so that I can hear them in the way that the listeners do, thus enabling me, over the years, to improve my presentation.

I have been told that I have the kind of voice that would make a telephone directory sound interesting.

I also sing regularly in a fairly large choir, as well as carrying out Presentation Skills training to enable other staff to project their voices
