Additional Skills
Technical writing skills. I have had many years experience in composing technical manuals for flight attendant and pilot use that require approval from the FAA.
I have also compiled training coursewares (manuals, handouts, study guides, Power Points, etc.,) for use during training.
Additionally,I have had success with written communication relating to colleagues, vendors and potential clients.
Apart from recording the emergency announcements for a scheduled US airline, I have also been used to train new hire flight attendants in pronunciation, annunciation and tone.
