My Voice Experience

I'm new to the industry but have doing voices for the entertainment of friends and family since my teens. I underwent an intensive voice-acting workshop earlier this year (2009). The workshop included translation, dialogue writing, acting, character work, actual dubbing sessions that aired on TV.

I recently recorded my first radio ad for a Telecoms company. I am affiliated with several audio production companies who maintain my voice files.

My Studio Equipment

I am in the process of setting up my home studio.

I am planning to acquire a microphone with switchable pickup patterns (Samson C03U) and plan to record direct thru USB.

I have experience working with audio/recording software such as Audacity (since 2008) and Sound Forge (since 2000). I also have some experience with music software such as Hydrogen Audio, Fruity Loops, PowerTabs, and various effects emulators.

I have experience with audio and video formats, format conversion, and have worked extensively with MP3, FLAC and WAV.
