Voice Description
My voice is deep and smooth, but closer to baritone than bass. Soothing and relaxing when I want, it's a voice to put one at ease. Enunciation and articulation are my strong suits. Can also be light and fun in the mid-range. Definitely the possibility for sexy, and if I drop my range, good for scary or sinister readings.

My Voice Experience
The White Rabbit in "Alice in Wonderland" is the first part I remember performing. Of course, that was in third grade, but acting remained a large part of my life through adolescence and into college, with several leading roles (the most memorable probably being the character of Roat from "Wait Until Dark"). In addition to acting, I was also a deejay for the college radio station (but who wasn't, right?) and post-college, I was a deejay for a commercial radio station in Missoula, Montana. My life changed directions when I took a position teaching English at Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts, but I still enjoy the opportunity to read/perform the classics for the students.
My Training
In addition to what I listed in the previous section, my education involves a degree in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Montana, Missoula. However, as far as voice work is concerned, while I may have chosen "the page over the stage," acting and public speaking has always remained close to my heart.

Besides the information I've listed above, I believe the most relevant additional information to know is that I am a hard worker, reliable, consistent and dedicated to success.
