Voice Description

I have been complemented for many years on my “phone” voice. I have a sweet trusting voice and I can sound younger or older than I really am. I can have an upbeat exciting fast speech or a slower smooth professional voice. I can also speak seductively extremely well. I can sound like other people’s voices and trick even their family members. I can have a very mean, loud, tightlipped hardcore voice, but it is not my preferred way to be in real life. In my professional careers I have done class instruction and training. I can naturally adapt to different tones to fit the situation. I can speak clearly and grammatically correct or I can be crude, “hick” or just plain Texan! Depending on the job I can adapt in a snap!

I am very good at changing vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation to fit te situation. I can also adapt other people’s accents into my own speech when in conversation.

My Voice Experience

I get free things offered over the phone all the time, get discounts for no reasons at stores or restaurants, have someone in a grocery line tell me the most intimate thing about them, and it’s all because of my voice and personality that goes with it.
"Can you please call them for me?" If I had a penny for every time a friend, boss, co-worker, or family member said that, I would be RICH. I developed my "phone voice" by accident or I already had it I am not sure. I have had family, friends, and past employers, ask me to also be the voice on their answering machine & voicemails.

My Training

I have over ten years of sales and marketing training in which I have participated and conducted.
I have been involved in choir over seven years, and also participated in performing arts.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to various professional studios within a twenty mile radius. I also have some software for my computer and will be purchasing additional equipment on a needed basis.

Additional Skills

I love to read. I catch on quickly. I am a great narrator. I can capture an audience quickly and keep them focused. I am a great team player and if there is something you want me to change, you will only have to tell me once. I like to prefect everything I do. I have probably watched over 200 presentation just this year. By doing so it helps me identify things that you can I can improve on or know not to even try.
