Voice Description

My voice is most suited for professional or narrative, though I do have a wide range of other expressive abilities. As a role-player and game master, I've had to 'voice' the roles of monsters, wizards, maidens in distress, and burly knights, as well as the story narration. I am able to do several types of accents; british, yiddish, brooklyn, and some far eastern.

My Voice Experience

In college I convinced a group of new students that I has just arrived from Britain. I spoke with them, with an accent, for over 10 minutes before finally transitioning to a brooklyn accent and letting them know how gullible they all were :) We all had a very good laugh, and I keep in touch with a few them to this day, almost 20 years later.

My Training

I participated in vocal groups in both high school and college. Also in college, I took a speech writing/delivery class. I was a member of Toast Masters for several years, and learned how to speak publicly very well. Mostly I have been self taught; I mimic voices fairly well, and I do a pretty good Kermit the Frog (as well as 'Grover' and 'Cookie Monster')
