My Voice Experience

18 year veteran of on-air radio and commercial production plus new to the freelance market equals quality at low prices! Most recently I worked at Cumulus Broadcasting in Columbia, Missouri. Also did voiceover for TV commercials and played an on-camera part in a car dealership ad while working for KMIZ TV, also in Columbia, MO. Voice over work included all types of commercials and voices. Also involved many news and feature interviews. One promotion required all of the on-air talents to be voice actors as though we were at a cabin in the woods for the weekend.

My Training

First experience was voicing a project in English class when I was a Freshman in high school in 1984. We produced what a radio news broadcast would sound like if they had radio in medieval times. Went on to receive an A.A. in Communications specializing in broadcasting and script writing in 1990. This included two semesters interning at Y-98 FM in St Louis. Have worked in radio since then on the air and writing and producing commercials. Recently even acted and sang in Clue: The Musical in community theater.
