My experience is as a Customer Service Representative for 800 numbers for several fortune 500 companies. Ten of the years were for Cellular phone companies. Three years for Aitouch and seven for At&t changed to Cingular and now At&t again. I have recorded voicemail messages for customers businesses just because they liked my voice and the professionalism that thier voice mail greetings were completed with. I can imitate the Octel voicemail person flawlessly. My voice has a deep sexy sound. I have been commended at my jobs for making the customer feel comfortable that I can handle thier concerns.
