My background is varied, providing me with an excellent command of business and technical terms in the areas of human resources, accounting, IT, general management, engineering, and student information systems (SIS).

I have been employed by technical firms (refinery and pollution equipment and IT) for over 20 years, and also have experience at an academic institution. I have a strong background in human resources and benefits, and have worked in many areas of IT - programming, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, network administration, wiring, training, and management. I am familiar with many engineering design and CAD terms as well, and have written sales and product materials and press releases for an engineering firm.
