Pam's warm, personable, friendly and authoritative voice has been heard by millions both in the U.S. and abroad since 1993 as Pam has been MCI's English operator voice on products such as 1-800-COLLECT, Calling Cards and Prepaid Cards, Directory Assistance, Customer Service, and more. (Verizon purchased MCI in 2006 and Pam recorded numerous operator products such as prepaid cards and more.)
