Voice Description

I'm an American opera singer who loves yelling at Yankees games and reading stories to kids. I'm equally comfortable doing warm, clear, confident narrations for corporate work as well as fun, goofy spots. I grew up on Dickinson and Shakespeare but have a seriously silly side as well. Very comfortable doing relatable, sympathetic, sincere voiceovers and PSA's. I've sung in Mozart operas and in Snapple commercials.

Comfortable with a full range of emotions (vulnerable, imperious) for more theatrical spots, trailers and videogames. And I've got awesome high notes.

My Voice Experience

New to the voiceover business, but have had extensive theatrical and vocal training. Got a home studio together and have learned the ins and outs of recording and sending demos.

Sang in Snapple commerical (The Snapple Abacus) that aired during the last Seinfeld episode.

My Training

Private Lessons with voiceover expert Terry McGovern.

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Classical Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

Also attended Mannes College of Music in New York City.

Extensive stage performance experience in both opera and musical theater. I also speak Russian, French, German and Italian.

My Studio Equipment

PreSonus Firebox Interface and Studio One software, Rode NT1-A microphone with pop screen and shockmount. Also located in Manhattan, so traveling to a studio is no problem.

Additional Skills

Very computer literate and quick with direction. Comfortable with Mac and PC platforms. Able to do turnaround in about a day. Very professional, very easy to work with. Very good writer and editor--I can write copy.
