The first memory I have of recording myself speaking was on a tape recorder when I was six years old. I was reading and recording a story for my younger sister.
I started singing even younger than that and have performed in several plays and with a few music groups over the years. I also took voice lessons during high school and the technical instruction taught me a lot about positioning the palatte and controlling air flow to produce different sounds and overtones in the voice.
Also, growing up in another country as I did, I was exposed to a variety of accents and sounds that greatly enhanced my natural ear and ability to pick up speaking mannerisms.
I am looking to broaden my experience with voice overs, since most my previous work has been limited to actual singing. I love recording and there is nothing I'm afraid to try. As a voice actor you would find me prompt, enthusiastic and open to constructive criticism.
