Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Main accent is British, with or without a touch of South African. I can, of course, do a heavy South African accent, Afrikaner as well as African.
I'm also experienced in doing both Australian and New Zealand accents.
I have lots of experience with cartoons and have two distinct character voices.
In addition, I am an excellent narrator and have done more than a few audio recordings of short stories.

My Voice Experience

I spent 9 years as a professional actress, most of those supporting myself with voice-over work. I've done radio stories, adverts and promotions, television voice work, including dubbing of cartoons, telephone voice menu recordings, even a jingle or two.
Since moving to Europe I have done dubbing into English for various corporate image films, documentaries etc.

My Training

I studied acting at Pretoria Technikon in SA, and worked in the industry for 9 years thereafter.
I am also a trained English teacher and have worked with many students to improve their pronunciation, often utilizing recordings to improve their recall.

Additional Skills

I am an excellent cold-reader and rarely have problems with any kind of script. I have the ability to color my voice with emotions, and take direction very well.
