I have a very professional phone voice that some people fing appealing and some people say saound like a young Jack Nicholson. I also find myself mimicking other people accents (on accident generally) with moderate success. As well, i have a whole litany of zany character voices that i'm quick to pull out at a moments notice for entertainment purposes.

My Voice Experience

I used to sit on the floor of my friend's apartment and record my own spoken word into her computer. I had well over a hundred tracks by the time her computer crashed. I'm sure my little files had nothing to do with it. She never blamed me. She liked hearing me read.

I was a telemarketer for two and a half years. I used a lot of different voices on people. Some worked better than others. Otherwise, anything i do with my voice directly correlates to waht's going on around me. At work, i'm professional. I sound like a commercial. Out with friends, i have accents and such to get a laugh. I have never worked in the voice over industry, but i ahev always wanted to.
