I have studied acting in university for three year, and have recently taken part in a voice over class by Michael Daingerfield. I have studied RP which helped largely with adapting to accents and being adaptive and flexible.. I also mastered how to emotionally connect with a character and piece. From working on radio plays I have learned the importance of capturing not only the character but the atmosphere and the surrounding in which the entire play is set. I have worked on demos for commercials. Some playful, fun and light targeted towards teenagers. This taught me how to produce an exciting air that entices the listener all while keeping it light. When recording a commercial for pizza I learned to recreate the mouth watering flavors through my voice with a sexy touch. Pizza is sexy right? With my deeper tones I was able to connect to the older generation in creating a relaxing atmosphere with a sexy feel when working on a commercial for a hotel. I have experience with singing classically. I sing at an alto range.I have performed in numerous musicals and competitions.
