My Voice Experience
I just graduated from Broadcasting school a couple years ago. At the moment, I write copy for two radio stations on the grim and grisly shores of Lake Ontario. As part of my job at the station, I've written and voiced many commercials ranging from simple, straight-ahead reads to character pieces that have been used by local clients on our own stations as well as those within our market. I've been doing that for about 2 years.
My Training
I have a diploma from Fanshawe College's Broadcasting Radio program in London, Ontario as well as experience in music recording/production.
My Studio Equipment
I use Adobe Audition 1.5 and record from a Samson G-track USB condensor microphone.
Additional Skills
In addition to doing the writing/voicing stuff at work, I also record my own music at home constantly (at least a 3-ish times a week) which involves not only instruments but also doing my own vocals which gives me even more experience and knowledge of using recording equipment.
