I have a low, sort of baritone voice. I can be excitable if necessary. I can talk fast, or slow it down depending on the script. Being in radio has helped me polish a smooth, professional voice.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can perform many impersonations from the Simpsons, Family Guy, and King of the Hill, such as Mr. Burns, Apu, Krusty the clown, Peter Griffin, Cleveland, Hank Hill, etc. just to name a few. Other impressions include Harry Caray, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Vin Scully, Mr. T, and Yoda. I can do a Spanish accent.

My Voice Experience

I began in radio in 1994, and worked in the business until around 2003. I did reports for ESPN Radio and Fox Sports Radio, in addition to doing traffic and news reports for Metro Networks. I was a DJ for my college radio station.

My Training

I received my BA degree at CSU-Sacramento. Some voiceover classes I have taken include an Intro. to Voiceovers course and a character development voiceover class in Sacramento, and another voiceover class in San Francisco.

I was part of a casting agency in Sacramento and appeared in a few commercials, including ones from Home and Garden TV, Miki prunes..which was a Japanese commercial, and a ballroom dancing commercial (although I didn't do any ballroom dancing itself). I also was an extra for a Hallmark Channel TV movie starring Brooke Shields and Lou Diamond Phillips. In Las Vegas, I appreared as an extra for the Monday Night Football opening starring Hank Williams Junior, Gretchen Wilson, Richie Sambora, and Brian Setzer.
